We are a conscious and innovative driven brand and our core values of personal responsibility, entrepreneurship, honesty, courage, and fun are lived by our people every day and are at the heart of our unique company culture guiding us in all that we do - from our creative business strategy and desire to make the world a better place by being very selective with who, where and how our product will be produced is the first step to make it happen. Our designs are original reflections of our values and in a world of so many copycats we will stand out from the norm. We are not a brand of solid colors but one with many colors, textures and versatile ideas , these are pieces of expresions, statements, works of art for the active life styles !!!

Our purpose is to embrace the world by helping others to realize their full potential. Each of us deserves to be well - mentally, physically and socially. We recognize that our well being influences our planet. We are all interconnected, and each positive step we make brings us closer to a healthier world.

Chulyn was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, a small island with a big heart . Being in the middle of the Caribbean gave us the opportunity to create a product that fits all of the peoples needs who love and enjoy the active beach lifestyles.

I was married to my high school sweetheart who pass away from cancer leaving me widowed at a very young age and the responsibility of our two sons who were always very involved in various sports. At that time, we process our loss by keeping ourselves very active and joined various tournaments. We were “Team Gordo” as I used to call my late husband “Gordo” and that is how we came with “TG Active” all of these to keep his memory alive and to celebrate his love in our life. During all this time my sons started off wanting to make the perfect active short because everything that it was in the market did not have what they need it and we couldn’t stop there. A few years later “CHULYN” was born as I called my youger son “Gordy Chulyn”.

This is a family own business and everything we do, we set out to do it better than its been done before, from our most comfortable swim trunks, lined and integrated with our specially soft underwear, to our most creative active sporting pieces with unique prints that carry our very own trade mark Logo in a shape of 3 water drops that represents the three of us in every single one of them. We are creating very unique styles to stand apart, with clever safety reflective detailing, a pocket for the cell phone, zip pockets to carry on favorite treats and an extra free of charge plastic reusable zip tide water ressistant bag to keep credit cards, keys and ID safe from getting wet. Vibrant colors, original prints, textures and the latest techniques. It’s almost that one of a kind feeling that make us different from the rest of the brands.
